We will send an invoice to you once we have received your enrolment documentation.

The fees cover teaching, operating costs, Ministry of Education Levy, Administration Fee, Code of Practice Fee, and the following items:
  • International students orientation programme to Kelburn Normal School

  • International students induction trip twice a year

  • Stationery pack on arrival for students 

  • English language support teacher and resources

  • Pastoral care interviews and administration costs

  • Syndicate class trips to the value of $50 per term

  • An item of school clothing

  • Mathsbuddy subscription (Year 3-8)

  • Year 7 and Year 8 technology fee

  • Administration and school donation (which New Zealand students usually pay)

  • Agency commission

Upon payment or part-payment of the fees, the school issues a receipt which can be forwarded to NZ Immigration Service, who will issue a Student Permit for the dates stated.

 

Additional Fees

Additional fees will be charged for extra services, such as:

  • School camp three to five days, depending on year level

  • Swimming lessons

  • Additional optional school uniform

  • Year 8 leavers dinner

  • Out of school music lessons and instrument hire
